When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share in your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Any contact information that you provide to us is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate portrait sessions, billing, and access to work product. We do not use information you provide for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell, rent, or give it to anyone. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
As part of our inquiry process, we may review publicly available information associated with your name to better understand your interests and tailor our response. We access only information that is publicly visible online and do not use data brokers, paid background services, or any non-public data sources.
When you submit an inquiry you receive an automated email confirming we received it. We then follow up personally using the method you asked for — text, phone, or email. We do not send marketing emails and do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Separately from the personal replies described above, this website runs an automated text-messaging system that alerts the business owner — on his own mobile number — to activity on the site, such as a new inquiry or a received payment. The owner enables these alerts by entering that number in the password-protected admin area of this site, and disables them by clearing the field.
No client, customer, or visitor is enrolled in this automated system, and no phone number submitted through our inquiry form is ever added to it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help.
