Effective Date: October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of a2portraits.com. A2 Portraits is a fine art portrait photography studio based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a DBA of Edgcombe Photographic, LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to let you inquire about portrait sessions. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form is a request for information and is not a booking or a confirmed reservation. The terms of any portrait session — including scope, pricing, and scheduling — are set out in the written quote provided for each engagement, which governs that work.
All photographs created by A2 Portraits remain the property of the studio. Purchased digital images are provided with a license for personal use.
A2 Portraits operates an automated text-messaging system that sends messages only to the business owner, on his own mobile number, for operational alerts about his own business. No client, customer, or site visitor is enrolled in it, and no phone number collected through our inquiry form is ever added to it. Personal replies from the photographer to a client who asked to be contacted by text are sent individually and are not part of this system.
Message frequency varies with business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2 Portraits and Edgcombe Photographic, LLC are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
